This is a George V and Mary Coronation Durbar Medal from British India.
Issued in 1911 to commemorate the Delhi Durbar, where King George V and Queen Mary were crowned Emperor and Empress of India.
The obverse features the conjoined crowned busts of the King and Queen.
Typically made of copper-nickel.
The medal in the image has a hole for suspension.
